Our yard in the fullness of summer. The sun gets very hot, but the Walnut trees have wonderful shade beneath them. It helps redeem them for their being completely bare for 2/3 of the year. August 9, 2005.
Lisa, this one is my favorite!! I love the shade tree, the green fields, and the hillside. It looks so inviting.. so calming, and so summer. Where is the tire swing, and watermelon? I bet there are clothes hanging on the line.. and a creek nearby!! You have it all, when you have the simple life. That is where the wealth really is!! Love Mom.
