After we helped Elayna blow out her candle, she stuck out her hand and grabbed the cake, getting a good taste of the frosting! LOL! Then we took one of the cupcakes and Daddy helped her get started. After that it was all over for the cupcake! She dug right in and absolutely LOVED it! It was funny! She ate every bit of that cupcake and would have had seconds in a heartbeat! It made me think of Josh and Emmy's first birthdays. Josh didn't care for his cake and didn't know what to do with it, and Emmy liked the taste okay, but couldn't get past how gooey and sticky her cake was and didn't want to get her hands dirty. None of that for Elayna! I think she was pretty proud of the mess she made! May 6, 2008.
