This is an old Victorian up in town that Colby and his crew have been doing some restoration on in the past few weeks. It was built around 1910, still had much of the old plumbing and a coal-burning stove in the basement. They have been putting down new wood floors, removing the drop ceilings and stomping the old 12-ft high ones, updating the plumbing and replacing rotten floors, and will soon be redoing the front porch which has begun to rot as well. The walls have also been painted and carpeting installed in the upstairs bedrooms. Aug. 25, 2006. Posted by Picasa
