Here's Colby's knuckle. He sliced it to the bone on Thursday on some sheet metal. I made a little video of it and will send an invite to the snapfish album for those who aren't squeamish! It looks much better now with the meat knit back together and a nice scab on the skin, with no redness. Aug. 24, 2006.

We saw a beautiful sunset over the Indiana State Fair from the grandstand while we watched the Big and Rich concert Tuesday night, August 15, 2006. The kids stayed with Colby's mom, and it was a night out, just Raini and I! 

This was a great concert! Their whole attitude was much more laid back than I expected. It was kind of like, "hey, this is what we do in our living room and you're welcome to join in the fun!" ...but with fireworks! There were several performers from the Muzik Mafia that gave some great performances as well. Aug. 15, 2006
